The people building Orovion

A small team of clinicians and engineers with one rule: if it wouldn’t earn a doctor’s trust on a busy ward, it doesn’t ship.

Verification first

Every health professional is checked against medical registries before the badge appears. Trust is the product.

Clinician-led

Our Chief Medical Officer practises medicine every week. Features are tested against real ward shifts, not personas.

Private by architecture

Consults and messages are engineered to stay between you and your colleague — privacy isn't a settings toggle.

Pawan Gupta

Founder & CEO

Pawan started Orovion after watching clinicians trade case photos and drug questions across five different consumer apps, none of which could say who was actually a doctor. The fix he kept coming back to was simple: verify licenses first, then let the network grow on top of that trust.

Before Orovion he spent six years in health technology, shipping tools used in hospitals across India. That experience shaped the product's core rule — attribution before content. Every case, paper and reel on Orovion leads with who wrote it and what their credentials are.

Day to day he works across product and clinical partnerships, and still reads every piece of feedback that comes through the app.

Adarsh Singh

Co-founder & Product Lead

From the earliest conversations around Orovion, Adarsh has been closely involved in shaping what the platform could become. His focus has been on understanding the people it is built for, mapping how different roles connect, share, and communicate, and turning an ambitious idea into a clear and connected product experience.

Coming from a technical background, Adarsh found his way into product design through a growing interest in how digital products are shaped and experienced. Since then, he has worked across product research, competitive analysis, user experience, and interface design — bringing a product-first perspective to Orovion from day one.

Day to day, he leads product strategy, user experience, and product design, working closely with the team to turn ideas and complex product requirements into thoughtful experiences as Orovion moves towards launch.

Karan runs the engineering side of Orovion: the feed, real-time chat, video consultations and the reel pipeline. His bar is that the app should feel instant on a hospital corridor's patchy 4G, because that's where clinicians actually use it.

He built the platform around two commitments. Messages and consults are private by architecture, not by policy. And the system degrades gracefully — if a service goes down, the app keeps working with what it has instead of showing a spinner.

Before Orovion he built messaging infrastructure used by millions of daily users, which is why the chat feels closer to a consumer messenger than to hospital software.
